My Background
Born in the sign of Leo, one just has to show oneself somewhere, so why not on the Net!
I have always had phases in my life, and at the moment, I have a Computer phase combined with a pond-phase.
Trial and error has been my favorite way to knowledge, except for reading everything on the subject. Over the years there have been some areas examened , with differing results.
Aquariums have been in my home since I was a child. Then we had turtles and lots of birds. I learned birdwatching; riding; photgraphy and developing; collected stamps; decorated porcelain; sailingboats, canoes; folkdancing and weaving, knitting; greenhouse and gardening; squaredance, pondkeeping and now my computer, which i have had since midsummer. Earlier I had an old Mac, LC ll from work, for a few months, but it was a bit slow so I took all my money and bought me a new!
At the moment, composing my homepage takes a lot of time. This is my first try, but I hope to get some results in the end.
Programs and helpers used on my Mac during the work: Netscape Composer 4.0, Claris Work, 4.0 ,Claris Home Page 3.0, Photoshop 4.0, Graphic Converter 3.02, BBEdit Lite, CopyPaste, PageInspector1.0 and NetFinder 1.2.
Thanks to my boyfriend Stig, who scanned all the pictures for me, to my son Martin who, with the help from E-mail,hammer and Dr.Norton sorted, my programs, bugs and installations in the computer and to my college at work, Joseph, who corrected my mistakes in the English language and at the bitter end to Jojje for help and jokes about HTML, swedish letters, auml, aring, auml etc.My next project will be to rebuild the Pond. It is already in my mind, but till then...
